Agreement Terms
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THESE POLICIES APPLY TO ALL PARTICIPANTS AND FAMILIES.

PROGRAM PARTICIPATION
A Girl’s H.E.A.R.T. is a 12-week program for girls ages 10–17. Participation in all three stages — DISCOVER, DEVELOP, and ELEVATE — is included at an age-appropriate level.

ATTENDANCE EXPECTATIONS
Consistent attendance helps your girl get the most out of her journey and builds strong momentum. We ask that girls attend every Saturday from 10:00AM – 12:30PM for the full 12 weeks.
Please notify us in advance if your girl will be absent.

TUITION & PAYMENT
Tuition is $375 for the 12-week program. Payment is due according to the plan selected at registration.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

CANCELLATIONS & WITHDRAWALS
Because space is limited, all payments are non-refundable. If you need to withdraw your girl, please notify us in writing. No partial refunds or credits are provided for missed sessions or early withdrawal.

EXPERIENCES & OUTINGS
Our program includes exciting experiences and outings that bring our lessons to life.
Details and permission forms will be provided in advance for each event.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided by A Girl’s H.E.A.R.T.

BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment.
Girls are expected to show kindness, respect, and teamwork.
Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
Emergency contacts, allergies, and medical information are used only by trained staff in the event of an emergency.
Parents/guardians must keep this information current.

PARENT COMMUNICATION
We communicate through text, email, and our private parent portal with updates, reminders, and important news.
It is your responsibility to keep your contact information up to date and review communications regularly.

PHOTO & MEDIA
Photo and media permissions are set by you.
Your choice Yes or No will always be honored and will never affect your girl’s ability to participate.

H.E.A.R.T. GEAR PREPARED
We will prepare her H.E.A.R.T. gear package based on the sizes you provided. She’ll receive everything on her first Saturday!

You’ll receive weekly updates, helpful reminders, and celebration moments throughout the 12-week journey.
